These first 3 years are full of changes. Babies go through a lot of changes. Infants grow fast, become curious and full of energy, and then before you know it, they become toddlers. As babies explore and play, they learn about themselves and the world around them, and they learn to communicate. Babies need good health to keep growing and learning. They need the right foods, regular check-ups and immunizations (shots), and a safe, caring environment. This is an exciting time, but it can also be stressful.
